  • Original Registration Certificate (RC) Book
  • Pollution Under Control (PuC) Certificate 
  • Valid insurance 
  • Sales receipt
  • Transfer deed
  • Form 28 (No Objection Certificate)
  • Form 29 (Notice of bike ownership transfer to RTO)
  • Form 30 (Report of bike ownership transfer) 

Bike Ownership Transfer Cost

The bike name transfer fee is payable as follows: 

  • The bike name transfer fee to be paid to the RTO is Rs.150
  • The RTO also charges a smart card fee of Rs.200.

How to Transfer Vehicle Ownership Online?

Following the step-by-step process to transfer vehicle ownership online: 

Step 1: Open the Parivahan Sewa website. 

Step 2: Click on ‘Vehicle-Related Services’ from the ‘Online Services’ tab.

Step 3:  Now type your vehicle registration number and click on ‘Proceed’.

Step 4: Select ‘Miscellaneous’ (TO/CoA/HPA/HPA/HPT/DupRC)

Step 5: Enter your mobile number & click on ‘Generate OTP’.

Step 6: Enter the received ‘OTP’ and click on ‘See Details’.

Step 7: Click under the ‘Application Selection’, select ‘Transfer of Ownership’.

Step 8: Fill out the bike name transfer form with important details. 

Step 9: Now, proceed towards the ‘Payment’ section and pay the bike name transfer fees. 

Step 10: After making the bike name transfer fees payment receipt, Forms 29 and 30 will be generated that all the involved parties need to sign.
