The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R was launched in September this year; however, the launch price was hiked to Rs.18,50 lakhs Ex.showroom price soon after only for the price to be reduced. The bike is available in 2 colours: Lime Green/Ebony/ Pearl Blizzard White & Metallic Graphite Gray/Metallic Diablo Black.
Reason for Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Price Reduced by Rs. 1.14 lakh
Earlier, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10R price was set at Rs.17,73,000 at the initial launch in September 2024. Later, the price was increased to Rs.18,50,000. This implied that it came closer to the standard version of the BMW S1000 RR, hence taking away the value-for-money feature for which the 10R is known. This is why Kawasaki reduced the price by Rs. 1.14 lakh, slashing the prices to reclaim the value-for-money quotient. After Kawasaki decided to reduce the prices, it became a strong rival between the BMW S1000 RR and the Suzuki GSX-R1000.

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is powered by a 998cc, liquid-cooled inline-four engine producing 203PS and 114.9Nm peak torque. The power increases at 213PS with RAM air intake. It features a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch and bi-directional quick-shifter.
